Working under cleanroom conditions, especially the assembly of mechanical, electrical. mechatronic and optical systems is becoming increasingly important in industry. We ensure that you can concentrate on your core competencies and provide you with mechanical engineering services in the cleanroom:
- Manufacturing of individual parts as well as mechanical, electronical and mechatronic assemblies
- Cleaning and packaging of parts provides by you using ultra-pure water, ultrasonic washing, vacuum drying, ozone cleaning and antistatic packaging

- Development of defined workplaces suitable for cleanrooms
- Machine and process enclosures according to cleanroom specifications
- Advice on implementing production solutions under cleanroom conditions (according to VDA 19 part 2 and DIN EN ISO 14644-1)
The cleaning, assembly, testing and packaging of indivdual parts and assemblies takes place in our 120 m² clean room, which fulfills the conditions up to class 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1. You will always receive components that can be used in the clean room without any additonal work steps.
In addition to our experience in the production and assembly of individual parts and assemblies in the cleanroom, our portfolio also includes automation solutions under process-adapted enclosures (minienvironments). We would also be happy to advise you on your requirements.
